Step 1: Branding

Branding is often overlooked, but critical to B2B success. Do you really know your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)? Do you know what publications and networks they are listening to, and what drives them to make a purchasing decision? From discovering exactly who your ICP is and how to reach them, as well as how to speak with messaging that resonates with them, I’m here to help you discover these insights and apply them to your campaigns.

Step 3: Strategy

From Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies that include product-market fit, pricing and distribution to marketing strategy that aligns with the brand strategy, I can help you to:

Discover and set the right KPIs, capitalize on brand strengths and opportunities, learn what competitors’ weaknesses are and how to use those to your advantage, determine if Account-Based Marketing (ABM) should be included in the strategy and how to best implement it, and more.

Step 4: Execution/Direction

Whether you’re a startup with no marketing staff, or a CEO who has a Marketing Specialist or Manager that doesn’t have the experience and skillset of a CMO or ‘true’ VP of Marketing (most VPs of Sales & Marketing have a sales background and focus purely on this, not on marketing), no need to worry!
